Who operates Yomli
Yomli is operated by BUSDEVCONSULT LIMITED, 2/F TOWER 1 TERN CTR, 237 QUEEN’S RD CENTRAL, SHEUNG WAN, HONG KONG.
The public website today
You can read the website without a Yomli account. When email registration is enabled, a form asks for your email address and the purpose you choose: waitlist, creator interest or access to one free tool. A verification link checks that the address belongs to you. Joining does not create a household account or start a subscription. Contact links open your own email app.
If you email us
Messages to hello@yomli.au, privacy@yomli.au and security@yomli.au use the configured Google Workspace mailboxes. The address, message and details you choose to send are used to handle the enquiry. Please do not include child details, private household information, credentials or sensitive documents.
Your choices stay separate
Tool access, the waitlist, creator and ambassador interest and optional product news are separate purposes. Product news is optional and unticked. Your tool entries are not included in email registration. Verification links expire after 30 minutes. Verified tool access uses an essential secure browser cookie that expires after seven days.
Local tool entries
The tool implementation stores entries only in this browser when you choose Save on this device. They are not part of an email request. You can clear saved entries or clear the site’s browser storage. Other people using the same browser may see saved entries. Email access remains unavailable if registration cannot be completed securely.
Email delivery and storage
Automated verification emails use Resend with the verified yomli.au sending domain and a sending region in Tokyo, Japan. Registration records use a separate database schema and restricted service account in Supabase. Google Workspace receives enquiries sent directly to our public addresses. BUSDEVCONSULT LIMITED operates Yomli from Hong Kong; handling an enquiry can involve access there. Hosting and email providers may process technical information in other countries. Deployment locations and provider settings are checked before registration is enabled.
How long we keep registration information
Verified registration records are retained for up to 365 days. Withdrawal stops the associated registration and revokes its tool access. Withdrawn records and verification request details are removed within 30 days; unverified requests are removed within seven days. Encrypted email delivery content is cleared after acceptance or expiry. Short-lived abuse-prevention counters last up to 24 hours. A minimal keyed hash of a suppressed address is retained to prevent further messages after a bounce or complaint. These retention jobs must be operating before registration opens.
Technical information
A hosting service may process connection information needed to serve the site, including IP addresses and request logs. No advertising tracker or analytics SDK has been added to these public pages. The production hosting configuration and retention details must be confirmed before release.
Privacy questions and requests
Email privacy@yomli.au to ask about information you have sent or to request correction or deletion. You can also use the withdrawal link in a verification email. It changes only that registration, not unrelated household data. If you need broader deletion or correction, contact privacy@yomli.au.
